Freshly Baked Bread

Today I made two loaves of "Vienna Bread". At first I wasn't sure they'd turn out well, since they didn't rise properly. Must have had something to do with me not regulating the termperature of the water that I put the yeast in. But in the end, while the loaves are still rather dense, they came out fragrant and very edible.

Just thought I'd share with the world.
